2015 BOA Grand National Champions!
What an amazing experience the Broken Arrow Pride had in Indianapolis! From the unforgettable performances to the memories that will last a lifetime, we can ALL be so proud of the efforts displayed by our students, supporters and staff. Congratulations for an outstanding season that culminated in a Grand National Championship!


Grand National Championship Merchandise
By popular demand, there will be many items to celebrate the Pride's recent Grand National Championship. In the coming days and weeks other merchandise will come available. Keep checking your eNews for the latest information for info on items such as Championship T shirts, Window Decals, Posters, etc


All District and All State Auditions
Congratulations to all students who auditioned at the NBDA/OMEA event. We are very proud of the efforts of these talented students. The following are dates of note relating to All District (NBDA) and All State (OMEA) Band.

• December 5 - Final Round Auditions for All State at Westmoore HS
• January 8 & 9 - NBDA All District Band Clinic and Concert at Bartlesville HS
• January 21-23 - OMEA All State Band Clinic and Concert at Tulsa PAC

Broken Arrow Christmas Parade & Rehearsals
Wednesday, December 2nd - 3:30-5:30 at BAHS
Thursday, December 3rd - 3:30-5:30 at BAHS
Saturday, December 5th - 9:15am report time at the Old North Intermediate HS in Full Uniform


BA Tiger Football Championship Game
The BA Tiger Football team has advanced to the Championship Game! All Pride members will report to the HS for the big game on Friday, December 4th at 5:00pm. Kick off for this game is set for 7:00pm at TU’s Chapman Stadium. As a reminder, this is a required event for all Pride members (even those that have advanced to the final round of All State Auditions).


BAHS Wind Ensemble - Midwest Clinic Trip
It’s hard to believe that the HS Wind Ensemble’s trip to Chicago for their historic performance at the Midwest Clinic is only 3 weeks away! The total student cost for this amazing experience is as reported in June at $1500 per member. Each member should have $500 in their accounts to apply toward this trip. The balance is due no later than November 27. The Wind Ensemble basic itinerary is as follows (a much more detailed itinerary will be available soon):

• December 14 - Send Off Concert in Broken Arrow (BAPAC7:00pm)
  
• December 15 - Fly to Chicago, rehearse, check in to hotel
  
• December 16 - Midwest Clinic Concert at McCormick Place (1:15pm), after concert Banquet, attend US Army Band Concert
  
• December 17 - Museums (Choice of Field Museum, Planetarium, or Aquarium), Midwest Clinic Conference, Blue Man Group
  
• December 18 - Midwest Clinic, Chicago Art Institute, Chicago Symphony Orchestra
  
• December 19 - Fly to Tulsa

From Your Presidents
Another Pride season has come to an end, and what a season it was! But we could not close the book on this season without thanking all the parent volunteers who worked tirelessly over these past months. It took the efforts of everyone standing shoulder to shoulder to accomplish all that was asked of the parent organization this year. In Indy, when those props rolled out of the tunnel and we saw ALL THOSE PARENTS waiting to push them up that hill, we were overwhelmed with emotion. There’s something about knowing that another person is willing to give of himself to work alongside you that invigorates and encourages all to keep going. In the final analysis, we hope you’ll agree that any sacrifice that was made was worth it. Our kids are National Champions and it is our hope that you’ve come away from this experience knowing that you have created bonds that will last a lifetime. Many thanks for allowing us to serve alongside you. It’s been an honor.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.. to all of our parent volunteers that showed up at Indy and helped push props, clean rooms and did whatever we needed at the last minute in support of our Champions!!!!

PRIDE STORE
Store Hours This Week - Prepaid items can be picked up after school Monday until 5:30. contact me ASAP with the item you are picking up so we can dig it out of the Pride Closet for you before 3:30. Thank you!

MIDWEST CLINIC SHIRT- ORDER FORM is available HERE. All orders MUST be turned in by November 30th. Each student will get a free short sleeve shirt, however we need their size on the order form. SO EACH WIND ENSEMBLE STUDENT NEEDS TO TURN IN AN ORDER FORM TO THE BAND OFFICE BY NOV. 30TH.

GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPION SHIRTS- We will be placing two orders! First order is due November 30th. The next order will take place in January.

BAI PATCHES- the additional order of BAI patches has arrived. If you didn’t get one, contact us for further information!

We are taking orders for Wild Blue Orchid Ornaments, Grand National Champion Ornaments, Street Signs and Decals, Grand National Decals, GRAND NATIONAL MINI EAGLES, and Grand National Dog Tags. ORDER FORMS ARE ON THE PRIDE WEB-SITE UNDER PRIDE STORE!

CONCESSIONS
Playoff games have not been scheduled to be held at Tiger field at this time. Once we get word that BA has been selected to host any playoff games an email will be sent to the distribution list and updated in enews.

Middle School Outreach

We have had several people respond to our call for middle school outreach help, BUT we need several more. IF you are interested in helping with our new middle school outreach, let us know. The first opportunity is coming up in early December!
