Pride Final Fundraising Push to California!
Thank you to all the members who have checked out raffle tickets. There are still some of you who have not done so. Please remember every member needs to issue at least 10 raffle tickets. This is the last week to do so. In order to comply with gaming commission rules and school board regulations all students need to return their money for raffle tickets and any un-issued tickets NO LATER than Monday, November 28th. We are required to account for every ticket checked out. There are no exceptions, this needs to be a priority.

Pride Accounts / Status of final Payments
We are in the final stages for our preparations for the upcoming trip to California for the Rose Parade trip. At the last band parent meeting, there was inaccurate info shared by Mr. Davis regarding account payment reductions. In our group effort fundraising, Mr. Davis has been inadvertently figuring a cost reduction that included the Rose Parade Postcards (which apply ONLY to individual accounts). Once the proceeds have been reconciled with the Car Raffle and Run With the Pride, there will hopefully be one final payment reduction applied. Please see below for the latest info on Pride Account Payment structure. This info is the latest and most accurate!

Feb / Mar $250
May $250
June $400
July $400
August $400
September $400
October $400
November $400
December $450 REDUCED to $100 based on current GROUP
Fundraising efforts Total $3350 REDUCED to $3000
Note: Color Guard members also have an additional $300 fee
