Volunteer Grants: Did you know that some companies pay volunteer grants for their employees who volunteer hours for organizations. Is your company one of those? Do you work for Walmart, DirecTV, IBM or State Farm? Those are 4 companies of the many who offer volunteer grants. Check with your HR department! This is a great opportunity that allows your hard work to benefit BA Bands! Most of these grants are around $500. Turn your volunteer hours into money!

If you have a contact at a company that might be interested in sponsoring the Pride, let us know ! We have several levels of sponsorship, we have general sponsorships and special event sponsors.  Email: development.bapride@gmail.com for more information

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED THE RUSTIC CUFF FUNDRAISER ON THURSDAY!

They worked so hard for us and were very generous in their support with this fundraising opportunity!

BA BANDS GARAGE SALE WILL BE SATURDAY, MARCH 31 - PLEASE SAVE YOUR EXTRAS FOR US!
We have a date for the garage sale....March 31 in the Aux Gym. Now we need the "stuff"! So how many of you are cleaning out closets, garages, and attics making room for all of those Christmas gifts or just starting the New Year minus all of the clutter??

If you are looking for a place to get rid of unwanted items, PLEASE consider donating them to the Garage Sale!!

Some examples of what works great for the garage sale----
Donated Items - Examples:
Clothing all ages and sizes, Shoes/Boots, Coats/Jackets, Costumes, Prom Dresses/Dressy clothing, Purses/Totes/Bags/Luggage, Electronics, Furniture, Home Decor/Frames/Art/Pictures/Pillows, Bedding, Toys, Bicycles/Scooters, Games, Yard/Lawn Equipment/Planters/Garden Supplies, Outdoor Items/Camping gear, Craft Supplies, Office Equipment/Supplies, Small Appliances, and many other items!!!

If you have questions about what to donate, please contact us at BABandsGarageSale@gmail.com or BABandFundraising@gmail.com.

We'll begin collecting items for our Garage Sale in a few weeks. At that time, we will let you know where you can drop off the items! We will post this information on Facebook, E-News and through email in the coming weeks.

Last year we had a successful sale in spite of the thunder, lightning, and heavy rain! Ugh! Let's make it even bigger and better (and, hopefully, drier) this year! Thanks!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR GARAGE SALE
We will need lots of volunteers for the Garage Sale. If you are interested in helping collect items, loading / unloading, set up, and/or helping the day of the event, please email at BABandsGarageSale@gmail.com and let us know!

BEEF JERKY STICKS - Jerky sticks are available by pre-order and pre-purchase through the band only; the turnaround time to get them is quick - usually about a week once we place an order (orders will be placed at the beginning of each month.  We can also email you an order form if you need one or CLICK HERE to print one. Please contact Debbie at BABandFundraising@gmail.com with questions. This is the ONLY fundraiser we offer that you will pay ONLY the cost upfront, not the profit as well, due to the cost of the sticks. You will still be responsible for turning the profit into the band office for this fundraiser.

CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER - We have the $1 variety bar boxes, $1 caramel bar boxes, and $2 almond boxes available. Also, important to remember - if you turn in money from selling chocolate, please mark it as a band payment so that it gets posted to Charms that way; you will have already paid the profit upfront. CLICK HERE for the chocolate fundraiser guidelines.

::::::: PLEASE READ ::::::: - You MUST include your contact information (email address and phone number) on ALL fundraiser order forms before turning them in (even if the form doesn't ask for that info). Also, if you are not receiving our fundraising emails already and you participate in fundraising at all, you need to be added to that email list because that is the best way to receive current news about fundraisers; please ask to be added to that email list if you are not already on it.

For more information on ANY of the fundraisers listed above, please contact Debbie Gowriluk at BABandFundraising@gmail.com.
