SPRING FLOWERS FUNDRAISER
- This fundraiser is due this week on Tuesday, March 6 (you may turn it in before that). No late orders can be accepted; the grower needs time to grow the plants. Turn in payments to the band office to Mrs. Good or put in the payment locker outside of the orchestra room. Delivery will be April 14 in the early morning. Please make sure both your phone number and email are on the order forms when you turn them in.

BEEF JERKY STICKS - Payment must be made IN FULL upfront (cost and profit), the same as with all other fundraisers. This means you will need to pay $154 per case ordered, and we will turn the profit in to be applied to your student’s account; you then keep the money from your sales. Jerky sticks are available by pre-order and pre-purchase through the band only. We can also email you an order form if you need one or CLICK HERE to print one. Please contact Debbie at BABandFundraising@gmail.com with questions. Orders are due by the March band parent meeting.

CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER - We have the $1 caramel bar boxes and $2 almond boxes available. Also, important to remember - if you turn in money from selling chocolate, please mark it as a band payment so that it gets posted to Charms that way; you will have already paid the profit upfront. CLICK HERE for the chocolate fundraiser guidelines. Chocolate will be available for sale at the March band parent meeting.  It is in process to order more chocolate, but is unknown at this time if it will arrive in time for the meeting.

::::::: PLEASE READ ::::::: - You MUST include your contact information (email address and phone number) on ALL fundraiser order forms before turning them in (even if the form doesn't ask for that info). Also, if you are not receiving our fundraising emails already and you participate in fundraising at all, you need to be added to that email list because that is the best way to receive current news about fundraisers; please ask to be added to that email list if you are not already on it.
