Rank 1 Online Participation Forms
Online participation forms are ready for the 2018-2019 season. You must have your student’s ID number to finish online forms. Visit the Rank One website HERE. Begin at the “Home†tab, which will guide you through the process. All electronic forms and physical forms are due by July 23rd. The OSSAA physical forms must be printed and completed by your physician and are due in person to Mrs. Good by July 23rd OR SOONER.
